Established in 2013, we’re a New Delhi based home grown gourmet food & beverage brand. We live for the joy of a good cuppa’ and a delicious wholesome meal. And all we want is to share this love with you.
Our selection of products, both packaged and made to order, are available online and at our Cafe+Shop in Saket. Critically acclaimed by chefs, gourmands and the media alike, you’ll also find our products in the pantry of some the best chefs in the country, in luxury hotels and in homes of people with discerning taste.
Some of the things we want you to know about us:
- A healthier life begins with healthier food – we focus on eliminating all chemicals, colours and artificial flavours from our gourmet food & beverage range. We make a lot of things from scratch, in small batches, using traditional techniques and most often by hand.
- We believe social responsibility needs to be an integral part of every business, not just an afterthought. We source a lot of our ingredients and raw materials directly from farmers, co-operatives, NGOs and social enterprises – even at an higher cost. We’ve partnered with Karm Marg to contribute regularly to the education of disadvantaged children.
- An equal opportunity employer, we preferentially hire staff from challenging backgrounds and up-skill them on the job. We do not bias over gender, religion, cast, colour or sexual orientation.
- We are committed to environmental sustainability, and mindful of it throughout our operations. Our cafe is largely built from waste & discarded material – including wood, brick, glass and metal. Our packaging & disposables are biodegradable – and where it isn’t – we promise we are working on changing that.
