Take your home bread baking to the next level with our Vital Wheat Gluten Powder. A vital ingredient in professional kitchens, it can easily be incorporated into home baking to give that light textured breads otherwise hard to achieve with just regular bread flour. It is especially useful when baking multi-grain or whole wheat breads. It also acts as a binder for meatballs, meatloaf, veggie burgers and tofu alike.

Rich in protein, Wheat Gluten is made from the Wheat berry’s endosperm. It helps the dough become highly elastic and even a small amount added to yeasty bread recipes improves the texture  of the dough, giving more volume to the baked bread.
